We provide services and activities for seniors, many of which are free, as well as day and overnight trips at low costs. Activities can be just for fun and socializing while others provide wellness and information to Salem's seniors. Regular Monthly Activities

As we continue our Summer Concert Series..we welcomed ELVIS to the center. Meals on Wheels of Rockingham County provided a very delicious lunch. Everyone was dancing and singing along..however at this time ELVIS HAS LEFT THE BUILDING!! 🤣

What an incredible day! 😁.Today we traveled to Boston for a Duck Tour and lunch at The Cheesecake Factory! Some of us got to drive the Duck Boat in the Charles River! We learned so much about the history of Boston and seen some wonderful sites. It is such a pleasure to travel with our amazing group of members! Rest up for our next adventure!

Another wonderful cookout provided by Salem NH Police Department for our members! We are so grateful for our Salem Police Department and thankful for their service to our community! Thank you to our other sponsors, Tina from Kona Ice, Dale Deluca from Graystone Farm for providing Ice Cream, Terri Sullivan from Methuen Village for providing water, fruit, chips and condiments. Lise Miller for the musical entertainment, Wesley from Rockingham MOW and his team for providing assistance in serving, Officer Spencer for organizing and her entire team, our volunteer Joyce for assisting at the sign in table. The Staff at the center was so pleased to have 176 members enjoying this beautiful day! We look forward to next year!

On Thursday, July 30, 2026, 55 of our members traveled to The Homestead Restaurant & Tavern for a delicious buffet lunch before enjoying an afternoon at the Interlakes Theatre.
The buffet featured a wonderful selection of Garden or Caesar salad, Beef Tips, Chicken Marsala, Baked Stuffed Haddock, Vegetable Risotto, rolls, sweet bread, roasted red bliss potatoes, and an assortment of delicious desserts.
Following lunch, the group made their way to the Interlakes Theatre to enjoy a performance of Cabaret. The cast delivered a fabulous production filled with exceptional singing, dancing, and outstanding performances. Members thoroughly enjoyed the show and had a wonderful day of great food and outstanding entertainment with friends.
It was another memorable trip that left everyone looking forward to the next adventure with the Ingram Senior Center.

What an incredible trip to see The Tall Ships! We started our journey at The Danversport YAHT Club for brunch/lunch, music and dancing and then headed to Boston to board the Providence Town ll to view the Tall Ships.
