Food insecurity affects more Coloradans than many realize, and you may even know families impacted.

1 in 9 people in Colorado face food insecurity; 1 in 7 children doesn’t have consistent access to nutritious food. That’s more than 660,000 neighbors and 180,000 kids. For the last 30 years, Colorado Farm to Table is helping close that gap with fresh, locally grown food.

With a mission to grow, harvest, and distribute fresh produce at no cost to food banks, soup kitchens and pantries, we’ve donated over 3 million pounds of fresh produce to Chaffee County and Colorado food banks.

What started as one farmer’s vision in 1996 is now a statewide impact to feeding the hungry powered by volunteers, donors and partners.

As we close out 2025, we are thankful for a bountiful year. We grew and distributed nearly 100,000 pounds of fresh produce to food banks throughout Colorado. We look forward to another healthy harvest in 2026 thanks to the support of our donors and volunteers.
