This past weekend our RSP soldiers had a blast using the VCOT to have a better understanding of one of may different training tools the Army National Guard uses to become a better soldier. I've been serving in the Kansas Army National Guard for almost 13 years. Like any other job or profession, it does have its ups and downs. Without question, I give the National Guard full credit of shaping and molding me into the person that I am today. This organization showed me how to become a leader and teaching me resiliency, how to overcome adversity, and the importance of obedience.
