A special thank you goes out to this group of men who have bonded while spending their leisure time hanging sheetrock for Ashby House For over 6 months this group has faithfully come to Ashby House two times a week. They literally have hung every piece of sheetrock in this building! We couldn't thank them enough for their hard work a dedication to be of service. These men could have been anywhere serving but they chose to serve here at Ashby House. We are grateful!!! As a small token of our appreciation we provided lunch for these men! The sheetrock hanging portion is finished but they will continue to be of service here at Ashby House! If you have some free time on your hands come and join them on Tuesday's as they continue to be of service!

Friends of Ashby House when you see this young man tell him good job and thank him for his heart for wanting to help someone in need!!!! His name is Nolan Keeler! His mother Angela brought him in this morning to give Ashby House a donation of $160. This young man made bracelets and sold them to friends and family to collect the funds! He also picked Ashby House on his own, to donate his funds to! Thank you Nolan you are a blessing to us! May God bless you richly, keep that big heart of yours my friend! You are the man!!!

I would like to thank Bethany Lutheran Church in Lindsborg KS for inviting me to speak about Ashby House at both of their services today! It was a wonderful opportunity to speak and let them learn more about what we do to fight homelessness in Salina! A special shout out goes to Verneda, Melanie, Genevive, Marylin, Cynthia and Erica for welcoming me with open arms. Thank you for your generosity and support!
