Fresh, healthy, locally grown food just became even more accessible for Salina families!

The Salina Harvest Farmers Market now accepts SNAP benefits and participates in the Double Up Food Bucks program. That means eligible shoppers can receive a dollar-for-dollar match (up to $25 per day) to purchase additional fresh fruits and vegetables. 🍎🥬🍓

AND… 🦖📖 kids can also participate in our Raising Active Wild Readers (RAWR) summer reading program by picking up a FREE BOOK at these lunch sites! 🎉

Community share for our Saline County neighbors who may be struggling ❤️

There will be a FREE food distribution tomorrow starting at 9:00 AM. This is an income-based program using the honor system for qualification. It’s drive-thru style, and each household will receive a box of food 🍱

Please share with anyone who may benefit!

Help for those struggling to put food on the table can take part in the USDA Commodities Distribution for Saline County on Wednesday.
