Salinas Neighbors United The mission of Salinas Neighborhood United is to network neighborhood based volunteer groups in the interest of education, communication and community.

A neighborhood watch starts with one home and can grow from there. Neighborhood Watch Groups are created by concerned neighbors to protect family friends and property. The main goal is Community Building by Getting to Know Your Neighbors. It is all about neighbors bonding together forming a cohesive volunteer group. atch or to give your group more information to grow. We also provide information for individuals to help you learn how to protect yourself. Calling all the youth in Salinas. Join your local Neighborhood Watch. Ask around to find out who is in charge and become a rank and file member. If there is not one in your neighborhood contact the Salinas Police Department to find out how you can help the adults start one. You also have the opportunity to start a School Watch.
