🌱 Celery harvest season is underway in Salinas Ca for AgSocio. 🌱

It’s always exciting to see and smell crisp, vibrant stalks being pulled fresh from the fields. Celery may not get the spotlight like other crops, but did you know it’s one of the most labor-intensive vegetables to grow and harvest?

It’s a prime example of a crop where both skilled labor and precision farming matter tremendously.
From perfect spacing to careful hand-harvest, every stalk that makes it to your plate is a result of precise work in the field.

We welcomed our early crews for our 3rd season in the San Luis Valley of Colorado. All returning team members in this group makes for experienced crews and quality work for our client. Pictured here is our Day 1 orientation where we review contract terms, update key training, introduce community partners (local police pictures), complete onboarding, and introduce support staff.
