From planning Welcome Back activities and team-building to organizing events and finding new ways to serve our school community, these student leaders are putting in the time and dedication to make this year one to remember. As we wrap up Staff Appreciation Week, we want to take a moment to highlight just how much our incredible teachers and staff do for our students each and every day. You create such a warm, welcoming environment that makes our school feel like a second home, and honestlyโ€”we would be completely lost without you! We couldn't be more grateful for your dedication.

To show our thanks, we made sure to celebrate our sun-sational team all week long:

Monday: We kicked things off with a delicious Nacho Bar, complete with all the fixings! ๐Ÿง€

Tuesday: We treated the staff to a wonderful spread of fresh bagels and delicious cookies! ๐Ÿฅฏ๐Ÿช

Wednesday: An incredible mid-week BBQ! A massive shoutout to Mr. Sandoval and Cristo for firing up the grill and serving the absolute best hot dogs and hamburgers on this side of Salinas! ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŒญ

Thursday: Our teachers got to tap into their green thumbs with a plant-your-own succulent bar ๐ŸŒต, paired perfectly with some delicious drinks from Drip Coffee and Boba! โ˜•๐Ÿง‹

Friday: We wrapped up the week with "Fill the Fridge Day," made entirely possible by our amazing parents who generously donated items to keep our staff room fully stocked. ๐ŸงŠ๐Ÿ™Œ

Our students had an unforgettable experience at the Monterey Bay Aquarium! ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ  They spent the day learning about ocean conservation, protecting marine wildlife, and the important role we all play in saving our worldโ€™s oceans for future generations.
