🤠Alissa Escutia⭐️: A multi-sport athlete, Escutia gave Salinas an infusion on offense, averaging just under 10 points a contest for the Gabilan Division runner-ups. Escutia was a menace on defense in igniting the offense in transition, pulling down 98 rebounds, while finishing fourth in the county in steals with 68.

🤠Alice Uchida⭐️: Last year’s Herald Player of the Year, Uchida averaged 13.8 points a game for the Cowboys, who won 19 games, finishing second to Alisal in the Gabilan Division. A three-time all-leaguer, the 5-foot-7 senior playmaker led the county in assists with 98 and was second on the Cowboys to her sister Erin in steals with 76.
