Due to a large scale fire in Middletown there are road closures in the area of Blue Flame Propane. Please plan alternate routes. See post from Orange County Emergency Services- NY for more details.

🚨 TRAFFIC ADVISORY – STATE ROUTE 17 🚨

Due to a structure fire on Bloomingburg Road, State Route 17 is currently closed in both directions:

➡️ Route 17 Eastbound: CLOSED — Traffic is being diverted at Exit 116
⬅️ Route 17 Westbound: CLOSED — Traffic is being diverted at Exit 119

⚠️ Please expect State Route 17 to remain closed for several hours while emergency crews continue to operate in the area.

Motorists are urged to avoid the area, use alternate routes, and allow extra travel time.

Please use caution and give emergency personnel room to work.

The Salisbury Mills Fire Company would like to extend our support and thoughts to the Members of the Coldenham Fire Department who lost their fire station and equipment in a terrible fire early this morning. We are also keeping those who were injured while fighting the fire in our prayers. This is a devastating loss to not only the members, our bothers in service, but also to the community.
