INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING AT BEDROCK GARDENS? Come learn about the variety of volunteer opportunities we have available for the coming season.
When: 3/28/26 10-12
Where: The Orpheum 104 Washington St. Dover, NH 03820
Who: Nanci Taylor, Volunteer Coordinator and a representative from each volunteer program organizer will be available to describe open positions and answer questions.
What: Volunteer opportunities include: Spring & Fall Clean up days, Hands in Dirt Gardeners, Garden Ambassadors, Garden Tour Guides, Art Tour Guides, Accessibility Cart Tour Leaders, Cut Flower Garden assistants/arrangers and Special Event volunteers for the Fairy House & Hobbit Festival, the Rare and Unusual Plant Sale, Caterpillar Lab, Twilight in the Garden, and other special events.
Why: Volunteers are one of our most important assets. You make a difference. And we can’t do it without your support.

Welcome Spring!!!
Lots of new exciting things happening around the farm today

We are reaching out to you and to any garden loving, friend or family member, that may be interested in one of our job opportunities working here at Pettengill Farm.

We are looking for BOTH full and/or part-time employees for both our garden maintenance division, PetalPushers— as well as our farm nursery team.

For our Petal Pushers division, applicants must be strong, energetic, self motivated and willing to work passionately with our staff— installing and maintaining our clients’ properties— including perennial beds and small shrub care from April through November. Gardening experience preferred. Compensation varies based on experience.

Our farm nursery team is responsible for the growing and selling of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees. Applicants will need the physical ability to move and lift product, work in a team setting and have knowledge and a passion for horticulture.
