Last night Kevin Lindsay attended this meeting with City of Salisbury, Maryland Board of Elections . I want to say that this should’ve been celebrated and covered by 47 ABC - WMDT WBOC TV 16 Delmarva's News Leader because our constituents came to city council and mayors office with concerns on the special appointment process. Constituents have never came to the table about Ranked Choice Voting or changing how City holds elections as GSC or “John Hopkins students” may want you all to believe. Again thank you for those that showed up and let’s change this process because last time it was clearly fraudulent.
