Communities In Schools of Rowan County Communities In Schools is the nation's leading dropout prevention organization. CIS of Rowan County began in 1998 and was chartered in 2001.

Join us in helping Rowan County kids to be successful in school, and later in life! CIS Rowan receives funding support from the Rowan-Salisbury Schools and from Rowan County's United Way Agency.
