Time to stock up your freezer for the winter!

We are now taking orders for fall beef!
You can choose from whole, half, or quarter beef.

Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed, hormone, and antibiotic free.

All butchering is done at an USDA inspected facility, either to your request, or as a set package of cuts.

$150 deposit to hold, we will not hold portions without a deposit. FCFS!

Price is $5.00 / lb hanging weight for beef, includes butchering and vacuum packing.

Cash/Check/Venmo/CC accepted

Pickup will be at the farm in Salisbury, VT at a date to be determined.
