There are reasons for having elected positions within government. It is not intended for those positions to be held by any one person long term. It is to keep a refreshed eye on matters of the people (tax payers) to assure the best interests of the people are upheld.
I will be open minded, available and a leader for the community. You will see me helping at functions throughout the County during my term, not just at election time.

If I am elected. ..

I will RESPECT everyone including fellow employees and elected officials

I will be OBSERVANT and UPHOLD the duties of the County Clerk

Solidarity

I will work in UNITY with County Employees and other Elected Officials for continued growth of our community

Dear Citizens of Sequoyah County,
This primary election is important for the well-being of Sequoyah county government operations.
When elected, I will bring unity, professionalism, prompt services and a friendly, welcoming, family-oriented office setting and I will work diligently to ensure my office consistently exemplifies these attributes.
My office will transparently operate in accordance with the Oklahoma constitution and state statutes to provide our citizens timely, and accurate services.
I respectfully ask for your vote and support on June 18th (early voting will be June 13th-15th at the election board).
I encourage you to get out and make your vote count !

I want to thank everyone that was able to attend the Fish Fry. The support is overwhelming and much appreciated. I enjoyed getting to speak with each and every one of you that attended and answered questions about the duties of the County Clerk. Thank you to the ones who help make this possible.
