Good morning,

We’ve received several calls regarding statements and coupon books not being received this year, and we wanted to provide a quick update.

Statements were mailed well before Christmas and included your account balance as of 12/10/25, our holiday service schedule, and a rate increase notice.

However, coupon books were not included in that mailing. Coupon books are available for pickup at our office for anyone who would like one.

Thank you for your understanding, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need assistance.

Fourth of July Pickup Reminder
We’ve received a few calls about our holiday schedule, and we want to reassure everyone that pickup will run on the normal schedule.
