Our UILC Food Bank is now open.

Thanks to a generous donation from the Utah Statewide Independent Living Council (USILC), we’ve stocked an accessible, easy-to-use food bank for UILC members.

Individuals with an open UILC goal may take up to five items per visit, once per week. Needing food can be the goal itself, and exceptions may be made for urgent needs.

We’ll also be bringing a smaller version to our Tooele office soon.

Anyone can participate who meets the following inclusion criteria:
✅18 years of age or older, residing in the US, and able to provide informed consent
✅Adequate cognitive and linguistic (oral) status at a 5th to 7th grade reading level of English
✅Participant has access to and can use email to receive documents or can be reached by phone
✅Minimum of 3 years of experience with using internet-Connected Assistive Devices like smartphones, tablets, laptops, and apps daily, self-reporting a high level of competence with using such devices

*This study has been approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) IRB # FY2026-18. Each participant who completes the content validation online survey in its entirety will receive a $25 Amazon gift card.
