Diabetes Mixer Social Networking Event for Individuals with Type 1 Diabetes Join us on May 20th at Sapa in Salt Lake City, UT, as we host the 4th Annual Diabetes Mixer!

The "Diabetes Mixer" is a social networking event for individuals with Type 1 Diabetes from all walks of life to meet, engage and connect. Unlike a facilitated support group, the Diabetes Mixer provides peer support in a fun, non-clinical atmosphere. This event will include free food, live music and great prizes! Our featured guest speaker is professional snowboarder, Sean Busby. The event will be

from 6-8pm, with registration beginning at 5:30pm. RSVP to [email protected] by April 20th! The Diabetes Mixer is sponsored by the Diabetes Community Advocacy Foundation (DCAF) in partnership with the Utah Diabetes Prevention and Control Program and Sigma Theta Tau International Gamma Rho Chapter.
