May 10-16, 2026: National Police Week is to honor our law enforcement community.
Whatever law enforcement agency you are employed with, no matter your jurisdiction, you are appreciated!
Bless our Peacemakers, and for good reason, without them and their dedication to service we would have chaos in our streets.
God Bless; stay safe and healthy.

THANK YOU DISPATCHERS!!!
Telecommunications Week (April 12-18, 2026) is dedicated to the "Unseen Heroes" who receive 911 calls for assistance and relays the requests to law enforcement and/or other first responders.
Dispatchers keep watch over us each and every day, without fail, and are appreciated more than they will ever know.

Utah Law Enforcement Memorial; Annual Memorial Service:
Each year on the first Thursday in May, the Utah Law Enforcement Memorial Board hosts a memorial service to remember and recognize the invaluable sacrifice of Utah’s fallen peace officers and to add the name(s) of any newly fallen officers from the previous year.
This year’s Annual Memorial Service will be held on May 7, 2026, at 7:00pm. In addition to honoring the 150 law enforcement officers who paid the ultimate sacrifice protecting the citizens of the State of Utah, family friends, and comrades honored Sergeant Lee D. Sorensen and Officer Eric Estrada of the Tremonton-Garland Police Department.
This service is held at the Utah State Capitol.
We honor, and are forever thankful for each individual who made the ultimate sacrifice. Our respect is extended to the families left behind by our fallen heroes.
The Utah Peace Officers Association is proud of the Utah Law Enforcement Memorial (ULEM) and the work they do.
Thank you,
Dean Adams,
