But today? We went digital. 📱For the first time ever, THANK YOU THURSDAY happened via FaceTime!

Honestly, it couldn’t be more fitting for Cottonwood High School math teacher Sierra Argyle because when her school needs her, Sierra answers the call. Anywhere. Anytime.

Principal Justin Pitcher says Sierra has been instrumental in implementing RTI Time, leading the math department and creating high-quality engagement with faculty and staff.

When community partners come together, students reap the rewards. 💙

Last week, America First Credit Union , Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth surprised students at Copper Hills Elementary with brand-new playground equipment!

Turns out, recess is serious business. 😎

Unstructured play helps students return to the classroom with better attention, stronger on-task behavior and improved working memory. And on the playground, they’re practicing cooperation, conflict resolution and self-regulation - all while being kids.

We love seeing community partners invest in opportunities that help students learn, grow and thrive!

We're a little late with this one… but good teachers are always worth the wait. 💛

This week we're saying THANK YOU to Abigail Lundberg, science teacher at Jefferson Jr High!

Her students say she's kind, patient, and always makes sure they have another chance to succeed. Her administrator says she sets high expectations because she genuinely believes her students can reach them. And those students? They're rising to the challenge. 🔬📈

Many hands make light work! Our 9/11 Day of Service with the support of so many has gone off without a hitch. We are grateful to our volunteers, sponsors, and community who are working to build thousands of food kits for Granite students today.

Today, we honor and commemorate 9/11 by coming together for the greater good! Thank you to all serving this week and weekend!
