Opportunity Zones 2.0 (OZ 2.0) is an updated federal investment incentive program created under the 2025 One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA). It provides tax benefits to encourage private investment in low-income census tracts. OZ 2.0 will shape the community

During the webinar, they will share findings from their recent study, “An Evidence-Based Assessment of Homelessness in Salt Lake County and the Proposed Utah Campus.” Their research examines whether the proposed campus is likely to reduce chronic homelessness and improve outcomes for participants.
