What an incredible summer for GU students! ☀️🎓

GEAR UP hosted a 2026 California College Trip, giving four West students the opportunity to explore six amazing college campuses: Stanford, UCLA, USC, LMU, CSU, and UCSB.

Along the way, they learned about each campus, experienced college life, and returned home feeling inspired and empowered about their futures.

What a special opportunity to explore new possibilities and begin paving the road toward their dreams.

We are so proud of them and each GEAR UP student that got the chance to participate. We can’t wait to see where their dreams take them!

Our GEAR UP students had an incredible day at the Loveland Living Aquarium! They learned about diverse career opportunities, from animal care and education to digital marketing and guest services. So many career paths BTS!

A day full of career exploration, fun and a delicious lunch!
