The Disciples of Freedom We are an organization devoted to freedom. We are devoted to freedom. We believe it is our duty as citizens of the united states to protect personal freedoms.

We believe in no law limiting free will. We believe that you should be free to do as you please as long as it doesn't affect the free will of another e.g. r**e, theft, murder. We believe we are born with inalienable rights and they are not granted by a government. We believe security and freedom can only be secured through education and not legislation.

This is our official view on the right to bear arms: The right to bear arms was not given to you to protect your possessions, it was given to you to protect your rights. Here's the proof,
"No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government."- Thomas Jefferson

"This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it or their revolutionary right to dismember it or overthrow it." -Abraham Lincoln

"Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom of Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any body of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States."- Noah Webster, An Examination into the Leading Principals of the Federal Constitution, 1787.

That's just a few quotes giving reason for our right to bear arms.

This is our official view on same s*x marriage: If marriage is defined as between a man and a woman by God then it cannot be upheld by our government. If it cannot be upheld by our government a marriage by any member of the clergy is not legally binding and the couple would not be legally married until seeing an appropriate civil servant.
It would seem the only other reason to define marriage as between a man and a woman is to discriminate against a fellow citizen. Everyone can either get married or have a civil union but there cannot be any seperation in our governments eyes. Discrimination cannot be upheld by our courts or our constitution.

We will answer all questions to the best of our ability and in a timely manner. Feel free to ask any question about american politics and we will provide as much of a non biased view as humanly possible.
