Our middle school students represented themselves and our school so well at this week’s Pep Rally! Their school spirit, positive attitudes, and outstanding behavior was on display.

We also had the opportunity to recognize and celebrate 20 outstanding students who earned Tiger Tickets throughout the week! These students were recognized for making great choices, showing kindness, demonstrating leadership, and being positive examples for others.

Congratulations students! Keep up the great work, Tigers! Tiger pride is alive and well! 💙💛

Then Tiger News Network (TNN) might be for YOU!

📅 INTEREST MEETING: TOMORROW
🎓 Open to Grades 6–12
📍 Library
📢 Students interested in attending will be called to the library during their recess.
TNN will give students the opportunity to cover school events, sports, clubs, activities, student accomplishments, and the people who make Samson special. Members may have opportunities to conduct interviews, appear on camera, film, edit, write, and help produce content for our school.

🐯 IMPORTANT: LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE!

TNN will be a selective team, and there will only be 2–3 students selected from each grade level.

That means not everyone who attends the interest meeting will be selected. We have a limited number of spots, and students will be selected based on the established TNN expectations and criteria.

Students interested in joining must demonstrate that they are:

• Academically responsible
• Dependable and committed
• Respectful and responsible in their behavior
• Able to represent Samson in a positive and appropriate manner
• Willing to follow TNN and school expectations
• Ready to work as part of a team
• Responsible enough to handle the responsibilities that come with being a member of TNN

📌 Being selected for TNN is a privilege and a responsibility. Our team members will represent Samson Middle/High School, both in front of the camera and behind the scenes, so we are looking for students who are ready to take that responsibility seriously.
