It is truly an honor to recognize Susan Broderick as our Teacher of the Year.
Susan serves not only as an exceptional Special Education Teacher, but also as our Site Lead Teacher. She is someone our staff and students can always rely on. Whether stepping in to support administration, assisting colleagues, or advocating for students, Susan consistently leads with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
She has a remarkable ability to meet students where they are, while encouraging them to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Her patience, dedication, and unwavering belief in her students make a lasting impact on the lives of the children and families she serves.
Susan is the kind of educator who quietly goes above and beyond every single day—not for recognition, but because she genuinely cares about students and our school community. Her leadership, commitment, and heart for education represent the very best of our profession.
