Concho Valley Workforce Development Board sends a heartfelt thank you to Simon Rincon, owner of Nacho's Restaurant Cantina & Grill, for not only treating our Concho Valley educators to a fantastic meal, but also for sharing your inspiring personal experiences and insights on employing youth—especially youth with disabilities.

Your perspective on the importance of foundational soft skills, such as showing up on time, having a positive attitude, communicating effectively, and demonstrating a willingness to learn, was a powerful reminder that these skills are just as essential as technical knowledge when preparing students for successful careers.

We are truly grateful for your hospitality, your willingness to invest in our educators, and your commitment to developing the next generation of our workforce. Thank you for being an outstanding community partner!
