Ensuring every child in our community has a safe and nurturing home. Children’s Advocacy Center of Greater West Texas, Inc.

(CAC) was founded in 1992 with one child abuse intervention program, Hope House. At the time, we served only Tom Green County. In the past 20 years, CAC has grown in terms of outreach efforts, programs, and services offered. With five programs serving 13 counties throughout the Concho Valley and West Texas, CAC is uniquely designed to represent the needs of hurting children and families in our com

munities. Counties served include: Coke, Concho, Crockett, Irion, Kimble, McCulloch, Menard, Sterling, Schleicher, Sutton, Reagan, Runnels, and Tom Green.

A great week with our Texas CASA, Inc. network for their Advocacy in Motion Conference. Our CASA team spent time with fellow programs across the state identifying where we can continue to collaborate and work together for children in our communities. Hope and those who provide the pathway to Hope continue to be celebrated in our advocacy for children!

We are pleased to welcome Jennifer Gladu, Hope House Intake Specialist, to the CACGWTX family! Jennifer joins the team after recently relocating to San Angelo over the last year from Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has had experience with data entry, federal contracts, and volunteering her time with Big Brother and Big Sister! Welcome, Jennifer!!
