The Association was formed in 1981 for the purpose of protecting neighborhood values and creating the highest desirability for home ownership in the official census Tract Ten area. It s role will be to work closely with the City Council, the Planning Commission and Department for the overall betterment of the area and to encourage compliance, by Census Tract Ten property owners of existing buildin

g and zoning codes, ordinances, and regulations for residential districts. In simple terms, the primary function of the Association is to enhance the quality of life currently enjoyed by homeowners throughout the Tract Ten area. Annual Tree Lighting and Night Before Christmas

The Association meets the second Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. T's on West Ave J in the Santa Rita neighborhood.The GSRHA meets February-May then takes a summer break and resumes meetings Sept-Nov. Membership dues are $20.00 a year

🚨 URGENT - MISSING BOXER 🚨

We're asking for everyone's help in locating Tulip, a young Boxer who has been missing for over a week.
If you see her, PLEASE DO NOT:
❌ Call her name ❌ Chase her ❌ Attempt to grab or catch her
Instead, immediately call her owner Brittany Campbell (432) 978-9116 or myself at (518) 339-3856.
We have a drone and a large humane trap available and are actively working to bring her home safely. Right now, the most important thing we need from the community is fast reporting of any sightings.

💰 REWARD OFFERED 💰

Tulip's owners are offering a $500 reward for anyone who properly and promptly reports a sighting that allows us to successfully secure her. Love N' Leashes Dog Training Services is adding an additional $200, and LNL client and Loki's dog mom, Renea, is also contributing $200, bringing the total potential reward to $900.
Tulip's last reported sighting was near Walmart on Bryant heading down 87 N toward Stripes. While she may still be seen in that area, she has been traveling fast and covering significant distances, so sightings anywhere in the area are possible.
Again, please resist the urge to approach her or be a hero. Simply observe from a distance and report the sighting immediately.
Every minute matters. Please share this post far and wide and help us bring Tulip home safely.
One phone call could be the difference between Tulip spending another night alone or making it home.
