In light of National Case Management Week 2026, we would like to highlight our case managers with IDD Provider Services. Our Case Managers are at the heart of what we do. Every day, they build strong relationships with the individuals we serve, their families, guardians, providers, and staff. They manage busy caseloads while making sure each person receives the support, attention, and advocacy they deserve.
They help individuals and families work through everyday challenges, speak up for their needs during annual and special meetings, and step in when unexpected situations arise. Whether responding to a crisis, helping during respite needs, or serving on-call after hours, they are often the first people others turn to for guidance and support.
Our Case Managers also help create opportunities for connection and joy. They encourage and cheer on individuals during Special Olympics events, help organize holiday celebrations such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, and support activities that bring people together.
They are true team players, regularly stepping in to assist across departments, helping with appointments, supporting group home staff, and offering encouragement whenever needed. They support not only the people we serve but also one another, providing a listening ear, a helping hand, and motivation during challenging times.
Thank you for the countless ways you show up each day. Your compassion, dedication, flexibility, and willingness to go above and beyond make a lasting impact on the lives of the people we serve, their families, and your teammates. You are problem-solvers, advocates, mentors, and a source of strength when it is needed most. The work you do changes lives, and our program would not be what it is without you. We are truly grateful for all that you do.
