We're thrilled to announce our very last round of 2026 endorsements, adding 21 candidates to our candidate community — 70 Texas candidates in all. These candidates are doing the hard work in their communities to show that Democrats show up with compassion in the reddest of districts to lead, organize, and serve. We're proud to stand with them.

Your community needs you to run for office! Many Hill Country counties are only now cleaning up from devastating floods, but candidate filing for nonpartisan races on the November ballot is open NOW and runs through August 17.

Local government is on the front lines in emergency response, disaster planning, managing rivers and groundwater, and more. We deserve leaders who will stand up for community residents, not special interests.
