This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to walk alongside women as they experience freedom from addiction and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

At Adult & Teen Challenge Texas Women’s Campus, we’re looking for a Christian woman who has a heart for discipleship, loves people, and wants to invest in the lives of others every day.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and is spiritually mature
• Agrees with the Assemblies of God doctrine and the mission of Adult & Teen Challenge
• Has a heart for women struggling with addiction
• Has a high school diploma or GED
• Is willing to complete Biblical Counseling training
• Has strong communication and relational skills
• Works well as part of a team and stays organized
• Has a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

What you’ll do:

-Lead Bible studies and times of prayer
-Lead the women at Work Crews and Outreaches
-Disciple and mentor students daily
- Build relationships that encourage growth and accountability
-Assist with daily program operations and activities
- Participate in outreach, chapel, and campus events
-Help maintain a structured, Christ-centered environment

We also offer PTO, paid holidays, health insurance options, a 403(b), leadership development, opportunities for ministry growth, and even on-site housing.

🎒 BACKPACK DONATIONS NEEDED! 🎒

Our San Antonio Women’s Campus is currently in need of backpacks for the women entering our program! 🤍

For many of our students, coming to Adult & Teen Challenge marks the beginning of a new chapter—a journey toward freedom, restoration, and a new life in Christ. Something as simple as a backpack can be a practical blessing as they take that step forward.

We would love for our community to come alongside us by donating new or gently used backpacks to help meet this need.

Every donation, big or small, reminds our women that they are supported, prayed for, and surrounded by a community that believes in what God is doing in their lives. 🙏

Every woman who enters Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas comes with a story, but their story doesn’t have to end where it began. Through the love of Christ, biblical discipleship, and a supportive community, women are finding healing, purpose, and the freedom to begin again.

None of this happens alone- we weren’t meant to do it alone!

A heartfelt thank you to Full Pentecostal Gospel Church and Pastor Manuel Galvan for your warm hospitality and for welcoming our team with such love. It was a privilege to worship alongside your church family and witness hearts that are passionate about the Gospel.
