AT&T will be conducting high speed fiber installations along Bat Cave Rd and surrounding cross streets on the western side of Bat Cave Rd, between Benclare and Twisted Oaks.
Work will be conducted within street Right of Way and existing rear utility easements in the area. There will be times when Bat Cave Rd will be one lane with flaggers present.
This project proposes to install approximately 24,603' of high speed fiber to provide service along Bat Cave Rd, Garden N Dr, Park View Dr, Twisted Oaks, Park Lane Dr, Valley Park Dr, Cedar Gap, and Tommy Trail Dr.

Join us for breakfast or brunch. Let BFD and Garden Ridge Police Department serve you at our 8th Annual First Responders Pancake Breakfast. All you do is show up, eat, drink, donate, and visit with friends and neighbors!
As always, all proceeds go directly to the Children's Advocacy Center of Comal County, Inc..

Today we say goodbye to, and honor the life of, former Fire Chief and former Board of Director President Fred Moos.

Fred served as Fire Chief for 9 years and as President of the Bracken VFD Board of Directors for 18 years. He was instrumental in the development of where the Bracken FD is today. As President, Fred helped create the Rural Fire Protection District (now Emergency Service District) to provide funding for the hiring of our first full-time paid firefighters. Fred oversaw our transition from volunteer to a combination fire department and the building of our Central Station.

Thank you for your dedication and service Fred!
