My law enforcemen

t experience, together with my dedication to public service and the support and help of my Deputy Constables has made our department successful in our oath to our constituents. I am a firm believer in pro-active policing and community involvement and direct interaction with our constituents. It is my belief that a true public servant needs to know the people he serves. I truly believe with all my heart that serving the public comes before anything else and that the badge is one of honor and trust. I am your humble servant and am grateful for all the blessings Father God has given me and my family. "COMMUNITY , FAMILY , RESPECT “

It is with a heavy heart that we share that my cousin, Frank Mancillas, has been called home after his journey with ALS.

Frank dedicated a great part of his life to protecting and serving others as a law enforcement officer. He wore his badge with honor, courage, and a deep commitment to his community. His legacy of service and strength will never be forgotten.

From cousin to cousin… you were more than family—you were someone we looked up to, respected, and loved deeply. Your presence will be missed more than words can express.

During this difficult time, the family is asking for support to help offset funeral expenses. If you are able to give, it would be greatly appreciated. If not, please consider sharing and keeping our family in your prayers.

🙏🏼 Prayers and shares are just as meaningful.

Thank you all for your love, support, and continued prayers.

🎄✨ Spreading Christmas Cheer in Cameron County! ✨🎄

This morning, our Cameron County pct. 3 Constable’s Office had the joy of visiting Fred Booth Elementary to share some Christmas holiday cheer with our little ones at Niños Head Start. Seeing those smiles made it all worth it! 💝🎁

A heartfelt thank you to Penn Aluminum Harlingen and Security First Credit Union – San Benito for their generous toy donations. Your support truly makes a difference in our community. 🙏🏼

Special thanks as well to Deputy Rebecca Rincones and Ms. Maggie Ramirez for taking the time to wrap the gifts and help make this day extra special for our children. 🎀✨

When our community comes together, there’s no limit to what we can accomplish. Thank you to all of our amazing sponsors and partners.

🎅🏼🎄 Merry Christmas, everyone! 🎄🎅🏼

What an honor to share my birthday with the United States Marine Corps! 🇺🇸🎂

Today, November 10th, I’m proud to celebrate not only another year of life but also 250 years of the USMC’s unwavering service, sacrifice, and dedication to our great nation.

💖🚶‍♂️ Walk the Cure – See You There! 🚶‍♂️💖

Hey, San Benito community! Join me this Friday, October 24, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. for the Walk the Cure event hosted by the San Benito Housing Authority at Palmville (1400 N. Reagan St., San Benito, TX).

It’s a great cause — raising awareness for breast cancer and supporting health in our community. I’ll be there walking (not running 😅) and hope to see many familiar faces out there showing love and support. 💪🎀

Let’s walk together for hope, healing, and strength! 💓

🎶❤️ Supporting the Big Red Cardinal Band! ❤️🎶

As a father, there’s no greater joy than knowing your children are growing and shining as they do what they love. My daughter, Jessica Beth Gonzalez, is a proud member of the Big Red Cardinal Band Colorguard, and I couldn’t be more proud of her! 👏

Like all my children, Jessica has a true God-given talent and a deep love for the arts and music. 🎨🎺 She’s a well-rounded young lady who always sees the best in others and genuinely loves people. 💫

This season, the band is raising funds to continue doing what they love — performing, competing, and representing Harlingen with pride. Please consider supporting Jessica and her bandmates in their 2025 Fall Fundraiser by donating and sharing the link below:

Last night, like many other families, my family was in full force volunteering at the Fall Festival (Kermes) at St. Theresa Catholic Church— just like old times. ❤️

Grandpa Joe and Grandpa Mary built the foundation, we’re simply following in their footsteps.

Grateful for faith, family, and the chance to give back — together. 🙏💙

Come join us tonight for the final day of the Fall Festival from 5 PM to 9 PM — fun, food, and community await! 🎡✨
