As a part of the Forward Focus commitment to help youth see the future they can have, and give them the tools to realize it, we offer: * High-quality services * Award-winning staff, and * Professionalism with a personal touch Forward Focus operates by using three (3) primary focus components, which are:

Youth Enrichment: Provide the instruction and assistance necessary to enhance the youth’s aca

demic, economic, and personal development, as well as their physical wellness through training programs, study groups, workshops, and other mentoring opportunities. Youth Empowerment: Introduce the youth to situations that challenge them to assume leadership roles by serving on the Youth Focus Council, and participating in the planning and organization of events and activities. Youth Engagement: Encourage the youth to apply what they’ve learned in their daily lives by employing them to complete action projects, including but not limited to academic service, community service, and various opportunities for work and career exploration.
