We were hoping for some of your delicious chips and salsa, but you went above and beyond and catered an ENTIRE luncheon for our staff!

Get ready for an exciting evening at Bernice Ayer Middle School! We are opening our doors for a night of community, food, and a firsthand look at the amazing work your students are doing.

• Date: Thursday, April 2, 2026
• Time: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Location: Bernice Ayer Middle School Campus
🍕 Family Night Highlights (6:00 – 6:30 p.m.)
Kick off the night with PTSA’s Family Night! Before the classrooms open, grab dinner and treats with your family:
• Tasty Food Trucks 🌮
• Surf Club Pizza 🍕
• PAL Bake Sale 🍪
📚 Throughout the Evening
• Spring Book Fair: Open in the library all evening! Stop by to browse the latest titles and support our school library.
📝 Event Schedule
• 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. | Food Trucks / PAL Bake Sale / Spring Book Fair
• 6:30 - 6:45 p.m. | Musical Prelude & Principal Stever’s Welcome (Don’t miss it!)
• 6:45 - 8:00 p.m. | Classroom Visitations & Student Displays
This is a wonderful opportunity to walk through your child’s schedule, meet their teachers, and see the classroom environment in person. We can’t wait to see our BAMS families there!
