We’re gearing up for three action-packed days celebrating 250 years of American spirit, innovation, and serious horsepower. Prepare your ears for the sound of freedom (and yes, we highly recommend bringing ear protection)!

🏆 Morale on the Pitch

MCAS Miramar recently hosted an action-packed soccer tournament, bringing together Marines and Sailors from across the region to build camaraderie, foster friendly competition, and boost morale.

Welcoming the Bolts to the Flight Line! ⚡️✈️

MCAS Miramar hosted the Los Angeles Chargers for a special visit aboard the installation. Marines had the opportunity to showcase our aviation and ground capabilities and connect with players and staff.

101 Critical Days of Summer ☀️

Marines at MCAS Miramar went head-to-head in relays, tire flips, and tug-of-war during our annual 101 Critical Days of Summer safety stand-down. The “101 Critical Days" represents the timeframe between Memorial Day and Labor Day, serving as a force-wide campaign to remind service members the importance of risk management. Building camaraderie through sweat and teamwork, this event is all about encouraging Marines to make safe choices during the upcoming summer months both on and off duty.

Seamless and rapid response to flightline incidents requires relentless practice and constant readiness.
