Sometimes training starts at the top … of the aircraft. Here, Juan Mauricio, Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) CH-53E Super Stallion training leader, shows trainee Chad Shaffer how to safety wire main rotor blade bolts onto the main rotor head. On-the-job training like this allows FRCE employees to develop and refine the technical skills needed to deliver mission-ready aircraft and support warfighter readiness.
