Ocean Beach Library The Ocean Beach Branch Library is a branch of the San Diego Public Library system. We also have free wi-fi and Internet computers for public use.

We have books, DVDs, CD's, and more for you to use and check out free of charge. Ocean Beach Library is also the home to the Ocean Beach Seed Library. Due to this week's heatwave, the Ocean Beach Library will have limited open hours. From Wednesday, Aug. 26 through Saturday, Aug. 29, hours are 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 29 is our last day open to the public before closing for renovations and expansion, so please stop by and say goodbye (for now)! We'd love to see you!

Yesterday we celebrated Christmas in July by making Gingerbread Beach Houses!
The OB Library will be closing for renovations beginning August 30. We didn't want to miss out celebrating the holidays with our wonderful patrons so we're doing it this summer!
Speaking of which, Happy Summerween/Augtober! Stop by the library anytime on August 21 or 22 to trick-or-treat (costume encouraged)!
