This special honor was announced during our 26th Annual World Refugee Day Celebration, making the day even more meaningful as we celebrated hope, resilience, and the incredible contributions of refugees.

BIG NEWS: The Higher Education Access Program is officially open!

Colleges & Universities: The Expression of Intent application is now live. Join a national network of institutions expanding opportunities for students of refugee background. Submit by December 1, 2025, to welcome refugee students as part of the 2026-2027 program cohort.

Students: The application portal is open! If you resettled in the U.S. after January 1, 2021, and live in one of 18 states, you may qualify to pursue your undergraduate degree with program support. Apply by October 22, 2025.
