HISTORY: The Multi-Cultural Community Relations Office, formerly the Indochinese Storefront, was established by the San Diego Police Department in 1987 to address the specific needs of our growing refugee population in San Diego. We initially focused on the Southeast Asian and East African communities. We recently widened our mission to serve the Middle Eastern communities as well, but we are alwa

ys available to serve anyone who needs our assistance. Our team consists of multi-lingual and multi-cultural officers who understand and relate to the language and cultural needs of our very diverse community.
