R-DIM Projects: Research, Development and Implementation of Methods to raise living standards, creating greater equality one community after another. Example given here is for a R-DIM Project Group in a focus area that has said problem. Not to be construed as the only pr
oject within the Board of Trustees oversight. Problem: How long does it take to get a man off the streets and functional again? A week or two, maybe months, even more than years in times without employment and without much help. Solution: R-DIM researchers present their findings and request for actions to be taken. R-DIM Researchers: In furthering our cause the Board of Trustees will appoint or except request to be appointed, members to and or be a direct member of the R-DIM Projects. R-DIM members will coordinate programs based on need in the area of focus, plan activities, schedule meetings and plan future projects to further said cause in the state of California under the governing body of the Board of Trustees. R-DIM Projects are funded by Article Third, Phase I and funded at the discretion of the Board of Trustees. Projects research members primarily shall be selected based on life experience, from within the community being researched for aid or fund raising activity. Projects shall be primarily volunteer researchers who meet to share results and forward an agenda based on the cause to the Board of Trustees using any available form of written instrument. R-DIM Projects Oral request if approved for more than $100.00 must be written and submitted with receipts within 15 days of approval date. If said monies is held past 15 days than a written report of planned expenditures is to be provided. Less than $100.00 expenditures shall be documented and given to the Chief Financial Officer as personal reimbursement and or petty cash fund reimbursement at the discretion of said Officer. R-DIM researchers may solicit grants and or receive contributions to fund the cause as an agent(s) of the Board of Trustees and are bond by the by-laws set fourth by Silva Foundation. Use Donation Receipt Form A for cash or form B for donated items. In order to reduce expenditures for operations, Research Groups will be encouraged to use free community spaces to conduct R-DIM activities. Third: Method for redistributing wealth and relieving poverty:
Phase I. Take from the rich that what they will give:
b. Cash contributions
d. Donated assets such as cars or properties
e. Fund raising event revenues
f. Website donations
g. Social networks
h. R-DIM Research Groups fund raising event revenues
Phase II. Find the impoverished using R-DIM Researchers, social networks, advertisements, local charities, and physically searching for people in need of help. Not solely dependent upon cooperation, the cause includes the use of other charitable organizations and those charitable in nature to greatly assist in the needs of the impoverished. Note the example given is not all inclusive. Such needs include temporary housing, meals, council, medication and assistance with basic needs and job placement. The first three to five years is suspected to be in transitional flux due to the uncertainty of Article Third, Phase II, b. and as funds become available the priority is Article Third Phase II, a. Minimum requirement for Article Third Phase II year one are forecast in the Financial Report Time Line. Phase III. Give to the impoverished using local and or Foundation resources organize efforts for individual needs:
b. Begin obtaining all available benefits for the impoverished. Supply daily needs until benefits start or situation improves. Maintain records and endorse custodianship for the mentally ill. Find lodging and eventually long term housing for homeless. Offer positions and encourage volunteer-ism and or assist in job searching and placement. Appoint active members of the community to research groups within the Foundation a key component to raising the living standards in Southern California
h. Create solutions based on feedback. Fourth: a. Activities conducted for the first five to nine months will be Phase I and Phase II and is funded as per the Financial Report, Time Line. Activity in this period will be conducted in must part by the Head of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Mark Anthony Silva. Work schedule in this period will vary based on funding and will in most part exceed 40 hours per week. Trustees work schedule is at their own discretion in this period. Primary location 4758 Federal Boulevard San Diego, California 92102. Activities will be conducted in various lodgings in the state of California provided to said officer in before mentioned Article Fourth a. by various supporters of the cause. These activity planned for the first year will further the organization’s exempt purposes by allowing the Silva Foundation time to mature into its cause as defined in Article First, Part d. The Activities described in Article Second, Article Third, Phase I, II and III will be conducted in a manner that pushes cause forward in a strategic way. Time will be nearly equal into each portion of the cause by years end. Fifth: a. Article Second, Third, Phase I.,II., and III. directives may be amended and or created to further the cause by trustees as described within Silva Foundation Charter, Article Fourth and within Silva Foundation Declaration of Trust. Amendments and changes will be summarized and attached to the original Charitable Purposes Doctrine and Cause. They shall be written into the by-laws and or policy at the discretion of the Board of Trustees.
