On February 23rd, I will be serving coffee again to over 400 homeless people in Santa Ana. I am asking my friends and family if they can help with this project by donating to help fund this project. The coffee is donated but the cost of supplies is not. I need your help. Through coffee, we/you can show the people in need that we care about them. A simple cup of coffee means a lot to these people. It gives them hope and a person to share a cup of coffee with us heart warming. So please help me by giving a small donation to this project. I have partnered up with a veteran owned non-profit organization to give homeless cups of freshly brewed gourmet coffee at shelters. We brew fresh coffee that is donated to the organization and we take a few minutes to greet them and make them feel special. The same coffee that many of us have, we share with these men and women. We hear their story and we get to know their names. Some are veterans who ended up homeless, some lost their jobs and others due to things out of their control ended up homeless. We recently shared over 200 cups of coffee to homeless people and it was humbling, especially seeing some headed off to work. Please go to the donation page and donate what you can. A man was stopped from committing another Active Shooter Incident in San Diego. The individual posted a video on YouTube showing him pointing his weapon at individuals outside from his hotel room. He pointed his weapon pretending to be shooting them. Picking them off, one by one from his hotel room. In his video he displays ammo and guns in the room. This person was stopped when someone say his video and reported it to the authorities. The individual who reported him saved many lives by doing so. The individual is a hero by saving countless lives. See Something, Say Something.

At least 10 people injured in a shooting near a tourist area in the French Quarters, New Orleans. Another shooting were multiple people were injured over the weekend. The incident occurred between two people but innocent bystanders were struck my bullets. Be aware of your surroundings. Get trained in Stop the Bleed. Katie Holt's decision to have a gunshot wound kit in her classroom wasn't just a sobering reminder of America's mass shooting reality. On Thursday, it likely saved a life.

Holt, a choir teacher Saugus High School in Santa Clarita, California, used that kit to wrap the wounds of a student who ran into her room after she'd been shot. The student survived — but in this case, that single kit was barely enough. Get trained. Get a Stop the Bleed Kit and learn how to use it. After the events that occurred in Santa Clarita where 5 high school students were injured, two critically injured...a student was arrested for making threats to shoot up a school event. Great job on apprehending this suspect and preventing more of our children getting hurt or killed. These Active Shooter/Acts of Violence incidents can happen anywhere. Active Shooter reported at Sagus High School in Santa Clarita. 6-7 students injured, 3 have been transported to hospitals. Witness report that CPR was being conducted. School and surrounding schools are locked down. Suspect is still in the loose. Report a male Asian suspect wearing black clothing is still on the loose.
