With every transaction it’s our client’s stories that transform the sticks and dirt people call a house into what the Sellers have called their home. That is part of the reason why selling 13886 Hazel Drive in Lytle Creek has been so special.

My client, The Seller, shared with me that this has been a multi-generational family home. What began as a getaway for the grandparents became home for the Seller’s parents and ultimately for her. Throughout our working together I had the opportunity to hear about what made 13886 Hazel Drive special to my client. The best part of this transaction is that through our efforts we received multiple offers for the property and realized a final sale price that was 107% of list price!

Participants experienced the thrill and excitement of the Ferrari life. From Fashion to Formula 1 to fine dining the Ferrari community is truly special.

I especially want to thank all of the Ferrari Club of America Southwest Region members who were able to share in this event, as well as share with guests what it's like to own a Ferrari.
