Our mission is to provide responsive developmental child care in an equitable, nurturing, challenging and inclusive program which addresses the medical, educational and social needs of the child and family. r Families. They operate five programs in different San Francisco neighborhoods; Mission, Visitation Valley and Bayview/Hunters Point. Felton has eleven (11) Infant / Toddler classrooms and eleven (11) preschool classrooms, which serve approximately 350-400 children on a daily basis, full day/ year-round. The center’s hours vary by site, but in general, service is provided between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. Family Developmental Center (FDC), Ages Birth – 6 Years
