We now present to you: the 2026 Team R.O.C.K. Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon Finishers! 🏅

While we don't have a finish line photo of everyone, we are beyond proud to share that all 12 of our Team R.O.C.K. athletes crushed it on the course 😤 and finished strong. Even better? They raised $29,000 (and counting!) for R.O.C.K. youth!

We want to thank our friends at Jakroo Custom Apparel for hooking us up with some amazing gear (a mix of running singlets, shorts, jerseys, and tri suits shown here) and being an essential partner of Team R.O.C.K. each year.

Johnny, Evann, Megan, Nico, Julian, Kevin, Sean, Daniel, Sona, Tony, Lauren, and Amani—we are SO inspired by your grit, courage, and dedication to R.O.C.K. Thanks for choosing to join our team and support R.O.C.K. on this wild journey!

It's our favorite time of year: the world-renowned Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon is here! Catch us at the Fitness Festival on Saturday, and join us as we cheer on Team R.O.C.K. on Sunday 🏊‍♀️🚴🏃‍♀️🏅

Did you know that R.O.C.K. oversees the Escape from Alcatraz Beer Garden 🍻 each year? And we have a blast doing it, thanks to our Escape partners and our amazing friends at One Brick! R.O.C.K.-a-Thon is back! 🤩

In collaboration with the Crosstown Trail, Visitacion Valley Greenway, and Mission Blue Coffee, we're excited to invite you to our third annual R.O.C.K. A Thon on Saturday, June 27!

📍Candlestick Point State Recreation Area ➡️ Lands End
Along the way, hikers will experience some of San Francisco's most beautiful open spaces, including the Visitacion Valley Greenway, Glen Canyon, Laguna Honda, the Presidio, and Baker Beach.

All event proceeds directly support R.O.C.K. programs, including camping trips, outdoor education, and literacy support for more than 900 youth in Visitacion Valley. Participants will also receive a special R.O.C.K. A Thon gift and snacks!

Transitioning to middle school can feel overwhelming, which is why R.O.C.K.’s W.E.B. program helps students feel welcomed, connected, and supported before their first day at Visitacion Valley Middle School.

Through relationship building, exposure to middle school culture, and connection to electives and after school programs, W.E.B. helps students build confidence, friendships, and a sense of belonging that can last for years. 💙

This AAPI Heritage Month, we’re honored to highlight two incredible Pacific Islander leaders in our R.O.C.K. community: Faaofia and Tris. 🌺

Both Faaofia and Tris grew up in R.O.C.K. programs as students and now serve as mentors and managers for the next generation. In this special R.O.C.K. & Reels conversation, they reflect on identity, representation, and community.
