For 50 years, On Lok has helped the oldest members of our community maintain independence and dignity by providing nationally recognized medical care and social services. Our health care plan, known as On Lok PACE, serves seniors 55 and older, whose serious health problems put their independence in jeopardy.

From joyful activities to meaningful conversations, guests had the chance to see firsthand how Club 75 creates connection, belonging, and support for LGBTQ+ older adults. Hearing directly from participants and staff brought the program to life, showcasing the powerful impact of a space where people can truly be themselves while building community and receiving care.

Thank you, Rep. Jimmy Panetta, for visiting the new On Lok PACE South San Jose Center! Three years ago, Congressman Panetta toured this building shortly after we acquired the space and today he was impressed by its dramatic transformation. The former mixed-use office structure has become a bright and beautiful center to meet the needs of vulnerable seniors in Santa Clara County, featuring a rehab gym, medical clinic, and spaces for social and therapeutic activities.

As the first PACE program serving Congressman Panetta’s district, we look forward to future opportunities to expand our reach and help more people age with dignity and independence in their community.
