While continually buying property all over the country from San Francisco too Alabama, we will invest even more in senior, juvenile, and homeless housing; giving our participants a second chance at life, employment and integrity. These organizations came together five years ago to structure a system in the effort to help all families that are not fortunate enough to have the necessary outlets to assist them in fulfilling life longed endeavors. We at Colorized Community Friends are in the business of keeping everyone’s dreams alive, as well as ourselves. The United States Government is the most powerful in the world. It’s evident that the high-risk areas in are country have special problems that have to be dealt with before being re-development into anywhere productive. Special problems need well researched and thought out solutions. We at Colorized Community Friends know we have the solutions. To organize and run this project will cost six hundred and twenty-three thousand dollars a year. It will cost four hundred and seventy-eight thousand dollars to acquire and construct each facility. This will cover everything and everyone needed to get this seemingly impossible job in process. To summarize the project is to say we mean to multiply the educational resources in the communities and bridge the generation gap by creating activities that require senior citizens and youth to participate. We’re promoting self-preservation through good health, education, self- redevelopment through job placement as well as training in senior care, youth and peer counseling, accounting, book keeping, secretarial skills, management, physical fitness, Fine and culinary Arts in addition too custodial and industrial trade programs. Monitoring each equation that we attempt to solve so that we can adjust our approaches for each situation we’re up against. Developing Four Acres of land in Alabama for feeding the youth and servicing the seniors as a physical therapy health spa donated by the legendary beauty shop JBP Beauty Boutique in San Francisco . There’s fifty programs within the project all designed to help support the project’s finances while employing the youth and seniors. It’s promoting self-rehabilitation of communities along with displaying a way of bridging the generation gap creating extended family bases for motherless and fatherless children
In collaboration with a self-reliant program called K.O.P that consist of rebuilding the Martin Luther King, Marcus Garvey cooperative apartments in San Francisco into high rise family rehabilitation community condos to benefit the project and preserve the Western Edition’s cultural heritage after giving the shareholders a hundred percent of their equity including interest. Pending the participating shareholders, the project is guaranteed to benefit each target area infested with illiteracy, lack of family values and drug abuse. Project Plan
Colorized Community Friends is a Non-Profit Organization that has committed its’ self too scholarship, perserverance, uplift and brotherhood in pursuit of social harmony in every community. We believe that these four elements in life lead too individual prosperity. In high-risk communities and neighborhoods; people from the youth on up too the senior citizens, suffer from the lack of social acceptance which causes a lack of motivation as far as a community member and gives a person a sense of less direction because of his or her financial status. This lack of direction by research lures people towards the poverty stricken dark side of any city. Our private brother and sister groups have taken the problem too hand and have taken an oath too our communities to eliminate every major factor in poor high-risk areas that aid in the reproduction of that sense of no direction. This will be achieved by giving people of all ages the training and hands on experience in the various industries of the business world. We also believe that senior citizens are the most important people in the country and have the most wisdom to offer the community; so we devised a system to change communities with the help of every generation of the target areas. The system consists of and forces the inconvenience of participants to interact while communicating about social or local issues with each other on an everyday basis. In turn, have them working together, acting as roll-models to uplift each other while going through similar situations. Ultimately, people in the target areas will over come their adversities and help develop their environments into productive locations. This rehabilitation system tops any system being applied here in San Francisco ’s inner city today. These target areas are the problem locations for which we developed this unique system. The system was also developed to break the social barriers that exist between African, Latino, Asian and so on! We believe through working together; different cultures can solve their own economic problems. We’re requesting funds to expand on the beauty of the city of tourism. In San Francisco , few people have the guts to take the forefront in the attempt to save neighborhoods. We’ll make the funds work for the communities. Evaluation of Effectiveness:
The project’s effectiveness will be evaluated by giving individuals independent evaluations and progress reports according to their participation in the programs. This will enable the staff to keep psychological and educational records of all participants also enabling us to detect strengths and weaknesses of individuals to better serve them. After getting the project up and running, the organization will begin promoting the participation of the community. The power and beauty of this program is in convincing the community that the project makes sense and that if everybody works together, we can save neighborhoods. So the real evaluation will come from the number of community and neighborhood participants in the programs and being employed to work with the project. As unique as this project is, I’m sure the evaluation of effectiveness will be apparent immediately conducted quarterly for life saving results in every sense of the word. Need Statement:
There are too many kids in the inner cities subject to the dangerous life of the streets. This is being campaigned upon as we write to you today. Kids need a place where they can congregate in fellowship with people of the same age class. After school programs are a great constructive idea to improve the educational and economical production in high-risk areas targeted for re-habilitation by the federal government. The problem lies in recognizing that every community is a special entity within itself. So even in dealing with the major common problems of all inner city communities, you would have to approach each individual community’s problem differently and with care. What Colorized Community Friends means by differently is that every neighborhood has culture and every community has many cultures within itself. Along with culture every community has different types of families in which children and seniors hold the burden of responsibility for it to function properly. We’re directing our focus on educating the youth and putting emphasized efforts in the interacting of the country’s youth and senior citizens so that more extended family based neighborhoods can be created. In the attempt to break color barriers in the different cultures we need to place the foundation of the project in every nationality’s and culture’s neighborhood within the city’s limit. This will create a variety of project chapters that will eventually come together take control and care of their areas. Also, it will eventually raise the economic and property value of the real estate in these areas; which is good for the people and the city. The purpose of the project is to bring different people age classes together to work to improve their lives, neighborhoods and communities. In order to accomplish our goal simultaneous work has to be done in various targeted areas because of the complexity of the gang violence and drug violence that fuels the destruction of family values. So, the approach will be based on the reasoning that in the inner-city problems peak at different times in different areas and sometimes simultaneously! In order to be effective the project must be generated in a large radius of the city’s limit. Four districts have been targeted for project construction. Each district will have three project chapters within its radius! Which means twelve components (twelve different chapters) will be working six days a week on a common plain in the effort of saving community and educating the youth. The facilitation of community entertainment and educational competitions will be used in the effort to encourage the interaction of the different districts and chapters. The construction of each facility is necessary to occupy the needs of every nationality and culture. The budget estimated at five hundred and seventy five thousand dollars a year to operate each chapter and the two million five hundred thousand dollar budget construction and furnishing budget to build each chapter; gives us a grand total of thirty six million nine hundred thousand dollars as the budget to begin operations. City property could also be donated, renovated, rehabilitated and used for the project as a crutch to maintain and facilitate the projects cause and events. All praise be to allah the most gracious most merciful
