“United for USA, Inc.​ is an IRS recognized 501(c)4 Tax Exempt Social Welfare Organizations formed for
the purpose of improving the Social Welfare of society. We are in full compliance and reporting all activity to
the government as required.
PAST & PRESENT
In the last election cycle, Super PAC’s raised a huge % of all money raised nationwide! At this time PAC’s are
not only here to stay, but have become a valued and needed support system for the candidate. It’s essential that
all Democratic & Progressive candidates remain positive, and lean on Super Pac’s like us for defensive. The
United for USA Inc, was set up specifically to be a offence/defensive Super PAC. www.united4usa.org will be one
of the most searched sites in politics throughout 2020.
In our prior efforts we were limited to just one or two candidates, no overall control of website, in a joint
adventure with not true advocates of our beliefs! We wanted to broaden the scope and appeal and this major
change is perfect. It has allowed us to also reach local state and national office seekers with confidence
Democrat’s need an independent voice leaving the candidates to stay focused on their positive message, the plans,
and the positive future they envision for our country. Groups like ours are here to compare and contract issues and
to provide the voter education, voter registration referral and how to get a ride to the polls in every state of the
nation.
The defense of “Super PACs” and of the First Amendment principles that they embody; namely that we need a
robust, wide-open and uninhibited discussion of politics and government in order to make our democracy work.
Like the famous Citizens United ruling in 2010, Super PACs have gotten bad press and have been widely
condemned as threats to democracy.
Super PACs are really nothing new. They trace their origins back to Buckley vs. Valeo, the Supreme Court’s
landmark 1976 free speech ruling which rejected any justification for limiting the independent expenditures for
political speech. Thus, the day after Buckley, individuals and groups were free to spend whatever they wished to
support or oppose political candidates. Whether they were allowed to join together for such purposes was less
clear. But Citizens United removed any lingering doubt by holding that any speaker – individual, corporate,
union, non-profit – was free to make independent expenditures without prohibition or limitation.
Based on those principles, a federal appeals court easily and unanimously ruled that what one person or group
could do individually, several people or groups could do cooperatively; namely, pool their resources to get out
their common message. That is a Super PAC.
As a result, Super PACs played a noticeable role in the 2012 & 2016 federal elections. Despite popular
misconception, they did not dominate or control those elections, accounting for only 10 percent of the campaign
spending. United for USA, Inc. is an independent voice.
United for USA, Inc is EXEMPT from the official “Do Not Call List” rules, as are all PACS and Candidates. Should
someone request to be removed we do so, politely. We then inform them they are on other lists that we do NOT control and
most certainly they will be called by other PACs or candidate campaigns in the future. Just helps to bolster compliance.
Over time our reputation and commitment to excellence combined with the kind of leads and profiling we want to
do will become invaluable to any campaign. So we are here to help the effort of the Democratic National
Redistricting Committee, protect United States Veterans, Women’s and Children’s rights, the 2nd Amendment of
the United States, the upcoming fight to get back the Healthcare that has been taken with no care for life,
educational opportunities for all Americans, and the right to become an American Citizen just as 90% of our

Cuban, who has come out in support of Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, was at the debate last week. He said the situation with Trump and his taxes could have been easily averted.

Said Cuban: "If he'd have just come out and said 'I missed this one, I took this chance, I'll learn from it and obviously I made a comeback.' And then he can lie about his comeback. That's fine. But if you don't own it, you're hiding something. Particularly somebody who likes to brag about his successes. Not even Mike Pence could defend Trump at the VP debate last night!

"The last thing we need is somebody faking their way into the presidency, failing to admit when they've made a mistake. That's the problem with this, not the net operating losses, it's not that he used the taxes to his advantage. At some point, there's a point where you stop taking risks on your taxes because the IRS is going to bust you, you're going to pay penalties. But that's not the issue. There's never been a successful business person on any continent in the world that won't admit a failure. And if you can't admit a failure, you can't learn from a failure. And if you can't learn, you can't be president."

Trump’s running mate, Mike Pence, strongly favored coal funding over solar and renewable technologies when he was governor of Indiana. He voted against tax credits and incentives for renewable electricity resources, signed the No Climate Tax Pledge and pushed for new oil refineries and offshore drilling!

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s running mate, Tim Kaine, strongly favored solar and renewable energy policies while governor of Virginia. He also put an emphasis on increasing technology spending on the state level.

Tim Kaine voted to cut subsidies for “big oil” companies, established an investment in broadband Internet access for all citizens and advocated for diversifying the state’s energy market with renewable technologies.

“The solution to climate change is American innovation. We need to get beyond the idea that we need to choose between a clean environment and a strong economy,” said Kaine in a 2014 speech in front of the Virginia Senate.

Obama: Climate change will be an ‘important test for humanity and our political system!'
President Obama devoted an entire hour to a discussion about climate change today at the White House’s South by South Lawn.
Joined by climate scientist Dr. Katharine Hayhoe and actor Leonardo Dicaprio, the president discussed the need for technological breakthroughs related to:
(1) Climate
(2) Ways to facilitate action around environmental preservation
(3) Implementing a Carbon Tax
The Paris agreement aims to cut carbon emissions to keep the global temperature from raising more than 2 degrees- an important 1st step!.
Obama “The science tells us we don’t have time to compromise, but if we want to get anything done we have to take people’s current views into account." Leonardo DiCaprio suggested “If you question climate change, then, in my humble opinion, you should not be allowed to hold public office.”

Trump said “I know our complex tax laws better than anyone who has ever run for president and I am the only one who can fix them ”
You must have seen the story of the 1995 tax return that the NY Times got a hold of from an unknown source. Loser Donald is such a clown because the NY Times traced the source back to Trump tower but he didn’t include all the tax returns so you don't find out that he did not give any money to charity or he is not as rich. The tax returns shows a giant loss which then allows him to not pay taxes on the income he makes for the next 18 years because he lost so much money that year that he is still making up for it!
All his surrogates did not deny it instead they said “Mr. Trump is a genius, the way he works the tax system, he is a good business man. The way he did it was genius”
You won’t believe how much money Trump lost in 1995…
Trump showed a loss of $916 million in one year
If he is such a great business man, why did he have a loss of $916 million in 1995? This loss is so devastating because it took two decades of income away. If this is true…..
That means, he lost $916 million and has not been able to make up for it in over 18 years, in which case he has not been able to make any money in the last 18 years!
Or if it is BS then he is not paying any taxes even though he should and this should p**s everyone off because you are paying taxes! No one can mess with their taxes to find a loophole that the rich find. He will do nothing to fix it!
He claimed his wealth was $2 billion in 1995,that means he lost nearly 50% of his money in one year. Business is about making money, not losing money TRUMP!
