BEOWULF AND THE BARD by Vidas Barzdukas and Christopher R. Bartlett

"Produced by special arrangement with THE DRAMATIC PUBLISHING COMPANY of Woodstock, Illinois"

The outcast Beowulf is an out-of-shape prince who can’t return home until he’s a hero; while The Bard is a washed-up poet struggling with a nasty case of writer’s block. Stuck with Beowulf as his uninspired muse, The Bard uses his gift of storytelling to embellish a tale of drama and adventure starring the almost hero Beowulf.

Told through the eyes of “The Bard”, this hilarious parody of the epic of BEOWULF recounts Beowulf’s heroic deeds much differently.
