From expanding workshop offerings to more families to managing a pop-up Family Resource Center, we celebrated our community partners at our last Learning Collaborative of the fiscal year. Staff at these community organizations were recognized for their efforts as they continuously support families with young children. Every day, these community partners in our Stronger Systems, Stronger Families Initiative keep families connected and help them get the essential resources and supplies they need. We are proud to work alongside every single agency as part of this initiative.

Surprise! 🥳 Potter the Otter made a special visit to a TK classroom and surprised some little learners at Adelante Dual Language Academy in San Jose. He shared his book about getting ready for kindergarten with his new friends. He also handed out his new reading tracker and log so these little ones can continue to read new stories and build on their love of reading throughout the summer. It was a joy to celebrate with early educators who have graduated from the myTeachstone program this year. These family child care teachers and assistants have developed their skills and are now even more prepared to create a lifelong impact. We are so proud of their hard work and know they will continue to inspire learning for our youngest learners every day. And a big thank you to Patty for her support in guiding these educators through this journey. If you're interested in taking part in Quality Matters next year, visit our website to learn more.

Potter the Otter visited Sacred Heart Community Service to celebrate with little learners as they wrapped up preschool and moved to transitional kindergarten (TK). The event was filled with many joyful moments, and it was heartwarming to see how these young children have blossomed into empowered, confident learners and leaders. Thank you to Sacred Heart for letting Potter visit and for all the work you do supporting families in our community.

Quality Matters child care providers and assistant teachers came together to celebrate a successful year of Community of Practice (COP) sessions. During this special night, early educators got to take the night off, connect with fellow educators, and paint their very own Potter the Otter in a relaxed setting. Throughout this year's COP sessions, attendees shared ideas, learned from each other's experiences, and developed their skills to serve young children and their families.
